As we all know, eating is an important thing to Chinese .When we meet each other ,we say “ni chi guo le ma” instead of “good morning” or “good afternoon”. So there are demands, there will be supply. We can see restaurants all over the country. Then, since there are so many competitors, the owners of restaurants must do better to make their stores be the best. So, they must have delicious food, clean environment, low price and so on. In my opinion, service should be the most important target when we judge one store. I have a terrible experience of eating in one restaurant. In Valentine’s day, I went to have lunch with my friends in a Sichun style restaurant of Shizi Street. We learned to make cakes all morning, so when we get there at about 11:15 we were all very hungry. We took our order and then wait. Half an hour passed, but we haven’t seen our food. We asked a waitress, she said just a few minutes. But 20 minutes later, we were still waiting. Then we asked the waitress again, but no one answered us. With angry and hungry, we had to wait and wait.
About another 30 minutes passed, we just got our first course. We make up our mind that we would never come to this restaurant. So if the service is good, they will get more customers. Or, they will lose more.
